Dieu du Ciel Aphrodite stout. Brewed with vanilla beans and cocoa. So. Fucking. Good. I haven’t had a sweet stout like this since the vanilla bean stout at Stone Brewery. This beer is perfectly balanced and fucking delicious. Could not be happier. 6.5%abv. $12 for 12oz bottle—a buck per ounce and worth every penny. At Congregation Ale House in Long Beach.
